Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we are shipping throughout the USA, Mexico and Europe. Reach out to us to learn more about shipping to your specific location.

Returns
Can I return my product?
We do accept returns. You can return unopened items/unused goods in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
How long does it take for a refund to process?
It should appear in approximately 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Can I get my product personalized?

How do you rehydrate Sabina's pre rolls?
Option 1. Use your tounge to lick and wet the pre-roll. Let it sit for 5 minutes or until it dries.
Option 2. Dampen a napkin with water and wrap it around the pre-roll for a minute so that it absorbs the water. Remove and let sit for 5 minutes or until it dries.
Option 3. Use steam from a hot shower to rehydrate the dry rolls.
Do Sabina's banana pre-rolls contain chemicals?
No, we do not use toxic chemicals. Our product is natural, safe and organic. All of our rolls pass the tests for chemicals, pesticides, mold, and heavy metals.

Is Sabina's vegan or gluten-free?
Yes, all rolls are vegan and gluten-free.
Can I get a free product?
Unfortunately, we don't give out free products. We do have a lot of affordable options on our website. If you need a sample prior to placing your order, email us at marketing@sabinasmexico.com with your business details for consideration.
Can I create a photo, video, or creative project with Sabinas?
Feel free to create any content you would like. Make sure to tag us for a chance to get reposted in our Instagram stories.
How long can you keep the product?
It can be stored up to a year. Just remember to hydrate it before use.
How does it smoke?
The banana pre-roll leaf is slow burning. Resulting in a much purer, cleaner natural taste. The corn filter helps for a super smooth hit.
How are Sabina's made?
Sabina's are natural banana leaves dried by the rays of the sun. The corn filter pre rolls each hand rolled by an artisan to be packed in our cardboard package which degrades in less than 2 years. All of our products are natural, vegan and gluten free.
What Sabina's made of?
Sabinas is made out of banana leaves and a corn filter sourced and produced in the Caribbean of Mexico.
How do you roll at Sabina's?
We got you! Sabina's are rolled already ready to pack.
How does the cornhusk filter affect smoking?
The corn filter is great for a hit smoother.
How can I store my Sabina's?
Store in a dry, dark cool place. Due to the nature of the banana leaf you will be able to hydrate your Sabina's even after a long period of storage.
